This website is operated by SwissMadeMarketing GmbH, Switzerland, using the inCMS system. Amazon CloudFront (Amazon Web Services) is used to deliver files.

The European Commission has issued an adequacy decision for Switzerland. Amazon Web Services is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. A data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in the secure and reliable provision of this website.

Mailing service: The newsletter is sent via SendFox, a service of Sumo Group Inc., USA. Your data is stored on servers in the USA for this purpose. The transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. SendFox may analyse whether a newsletter was opened and which links were clicked. This analysis serves to improve the newsletter.
